With the rollout of 2010 engines nearing, Volvo Trucks North America became the first OEM to announce its new pricing structure for the EPA compliant equipment. Re: Volvo: 2010 emissions standards add nearly $10,000 to truck The added cost of the unit new, the extra weight and the added cost of keeping things running on the new items on new trucks with an industry that can barely stay ahead of the bills.
