Post TheTruckersReport.com is intimidated by BCTrucker.com???
Well today on The Trucker's Report forums, the staff of that forum had posted the article referencing the Western Canadian fuel shortages in landlinemag.com highlighted by an interview with myself, as I WAS a member of the the truckers report forums, I felt it would be beneficial to their members, as it was beneficial to you guys, if they had free unrestricted access to the actual fuel shortage information at the cardlocks that our membership here has been given access to, without advertising, in a related topical discussion, however, the mods. over there felt that the information was going to cause their membership to leave their forums to come to join this site instead, it's a real shame, I attempted to contact two of the mod/admin personel at that site, with them unwilling or unable to respond, after re-registering and attempting to open a dialogue with them about what they felt I had done wrong, they chose to ban me again with no explanation. It's a real shame that a gigantic message board such as thetruckersreport provides, is so intimidated by your guys ideas, access to information and thoughts that they aren't willing to provide their members with all of the information that is available, But Please don't worry, we will continue to allow all who wish to contribute and will continue to provide the membership of this site with ALL the most up to date information and news that is available on to us the internet, no matter the source.

While other larger discussion forums, such as the truckers report are an exclusive 'our way or no way club', we will continue to provide our membership with an all-inclusive mindset, so we can continue to share ALL of the information we can, in an effort to make our jobs easier. Without the restraints of censorship. Many of the larger message boards such as the truckers report forums aren't able to provide all the available information because of the restraints of the organizations and associations that continue to pull their strings and treat them and the rest of the trucking industry like a group of marionette puppets that will dance at the whims of these large organizations.

I find it somewhat amusing that a discussion forum with 18,000+ members is that intimidated by the likes of a teeny little group of hard working individuals such as ourselves. That they felt it necessary to BAN a dangerous provider of information such as this site and it's officials is a testament to the good that we are doing here and the need for a Western Canadian based forum for the free, absolute, and all inclusive access to information.

Thanks for your continued support, and willingness to share your thoughts, ideas, and information.

Sincerely,
Dan D.

Their web site is so regulated one would think the Govt or DOT was running it. The only people aloud to post any links to anything have to be mod's or the like. Very censored and really not worth getting involved in if you can't have a open voice online there. The lady ( to be verified ) who runs the Canadian side of things over there just seems to post links and nothing of opinion of her own, so one would believe she has no idea of the general workings of trucking or has no clue to where Canada is. To read their list of demands to join their forums one would almost think of calling a lawyer to make sure your rights are in check.

Don't like neutered trucks or web sites and this site is neutered big time in my so called experience. By the way her photo gallery is filled with more truck wrecks than positive photo's of people who know how to drive with all wheels down and working. Fetish Truck Girl would be more in tune for her handle with her way of showing trucks in that manner and thinking.

Maybe they don't want their members to talk to real people who are out there and know the industry!

Keep it real and keep it here!

Thanks to Greg and Dan we have voice and the right to speak our minds ( with in reason truth never hurts if you get it straight )

Apparantly, whilst my editorial comment, and the provisions for the access to the information I have provided is not wanted, the pictures that I posted there several months ago are still worthy.

Does landlinemag.com have any idea how these people feel about freedom of expression, one would wonder if any info they are posting is showing other sites in a bad light. If they censor the words and links others feel should be posted online to give a better idea of the facts it would tend to give a person pause to think of what their agenda is in having an online forum. Now the idea of keeping certain words at bay is a good thing but to stop genuine thoughts of how people find the truth is not and should not be part of any discussion board. :?:

Take a breath Jim, there's no need for a lynchin', I just wanted to express to the members what has happened to me, and that we aren't always free to provide information sources that we are privvy too.

Apparently you're not the only one who was less-than-satisfied with the way they were treated at TheTruckersReport.com.

We should invite this guy over to BCTrucker.com. :D
